Theatre team

We are looking for an experienced Theatre Practitioners to join our team. You will be working as part of a friendly, welcoming and expert multidisciplinary Theatre Team supported by our experienced Theatre Manager, Trevor Money.

You will be either a part 1 NMC Nurse with scrub practitioner theatre experience or an HCPC registered Operating Department Practitioner.

As well as being up to date with current research and developments in theatre practice you will have a sound knowledge of Health and Safety/Risk management within the operating department.

Ward team

You will be part of a close knit collaborative team who pride themselves in providing the highest standard of care to our patients and their families. Our inpatients team is comprised of experienced nurses and healthcare assistants supported by our welcoming Ward Manager, Pamela.

All of our work is planned so you will be able to plan your week with ease knowing your work schedule won’t change.

Your sound clinical and Infection control knowledge combined with your ability to solve problems and think both literally and laterally will enable you to coach and support others in your team. We encourage sharing of best practice across our site to develop your skills and take advantage of our excellent clinical leadership knowledge. You will liaise with the wider Care UK medical team to ensure the patient’s treatment is carried out whilst maintaining the principles of patient confidentiality.

Due to the nature of an Inpatients Ward, shifts with be comprised of days, evenings and nights.
